In return for allowing you access to the Internet Edition of TOCC.TV (The O'Casey Chronicles) you accept the following terms and conditions;

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights including copyright in the Internet Edition belong to or have been licensed to Mr. Jim Casey;

You are permitted to display extracts from the Internet edition on your screen and print on paper one copy of such extracts solely for your own personal non-commercial use. For this purpose alone you may copy the extracts onto disk or other storage media provided that any such copies may be used only to facilitate subsequent viewing by you or to print a single copy of an extract on paper for personal use;

Except as permitted in clause 3 above you undertake not to copy, store in any medium (including any other web site), distribute, transmit, re-transmit, modify, or show in public any part of the Internet edition without the prior written permission of Mr. Jim Casey.

You can set up links to the Internet edition including to the bookmark page of TOCC.TV (The O'Casey Chronicles) website at [Bookmark], permission of the Webmaster is not required for linking from other sites, provided that all other terms of this agreement are met, and that such linking does not include reframing content, or restructuring page layout, in anyway. You may link directly to individual article pages as hereon stipulated. Linking directly to pages clearly intended by the publisher to be an element of a final comprehensive page presentation, where other elements are intended to be displayed simultaneously, is strictly prohibited. Linking directly to images, audio files, or video files, where they are embedded, function as a pop-up, and are part of a comprehensive page presentation, is strictly prohibited.

TOCC.TV, The O'Casey Chronicles, and Casey's Chronicle are trade marks owned exclusively by Mr. Jim Casey. You may not use these marks without express written permission, unless as part of a direct link to TOCC.tv, and in accordance with previously noted stipulations.

Mr. Jim Casey excludes any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the Internet edition, and will not be liable for any claims, penalties, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from the use of or inability to use the Internet edition or from any unauthorised access to or alteration of The Internet edition. The publisher makes no warranty that the contents of TOCC.TV (The O'Casey Chronicles) is compatible with all computer systems and browsers.

Permission to access the Internet edition is granted at the sole discretion of the Publisher, and such permission may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

TOCC.tv reserves the right to add to or change the terms of this agreement. It is your responsibility to refer to and comply with these terms on accessing the Internet edition. Failure to comply may lead to action being taken against you.

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with American, and where applicable, International law.
